When will I receive my items?
All items are produced and shipped within 1 business day from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times apply. Track your shipping details by clicking the tracking information link in your confirmation email. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs regulations.

Where is my item?
Track your order by accessing the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also use the ‘track packages’ option in the support section of our website.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the United States.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as you realize the error. If your item hasn’t shipped yet, we will update the address. Otherwise, the package will need to be returned before we can resend it.
What is your return/exchange policy?
To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in good condition and packaged properly. Contact Support@Echoaccs.com for further instructions.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If the item is damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. No need to return the damaged product. If we cannot replace the item due to inventory, we will issue a refund or provide a comparable item of your choice.
